JOB PURPOSE:

 Responsible for setting training objectives and creating procedures and budgets necessary for successfully implementing planned training programs. Track and evaluate our employee training needs and develop courses to fulfil those needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Training and Development –Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills, knowledge and performance across all levels of MAYFAIR Group:


  • Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the MAYFAIR Group's mission and objectives.
  • Lead the implementation, administration & continuous enhancement of the Learning Management System to seamless user experience, content accessibility & alignment with organizational learning goals across all level.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
  • Design and Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
  • Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
  • Monitor and evaluate of both structured and informal methods used; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate 
  • Foster and sustain connections with external training providers and vendors.
  • Analyse training feedback to determine whether the implemented course has achieved its goals
  • Evaluate the results of learning courses to improve the outcome of future training
  • Keep abreast of the most recent advancements and techniques in Hotel Industry
  • Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
  • Create and maintain training records and reports.

 

       2. Talent Management & Organizational Development:

  • Carry out performance assessments and skill gap analysis to identify training needs for all teams
  • Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
  • Support in performance appraisal system to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and support career development. 
  • Guide and support HR team members, providing training and development, performance feedback, and goal alignment.
  • Support in employee engagement initiatives that cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
