Position: Continental Cook
Industry: Retail Hospitality
Prepare and cook continental dishes (Western cuisine) ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety.
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standard recipes.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the right temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Assist with inventory control and kitchen organization.
- Comply with food handling and sanitation standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in continental cuisine.
- Knowledge of HACCP or food safety protocols.
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with positive attitude. Shift-based work schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
- Standing for extended periods.
- Work under airport security supervision.
Salary: $450 - $650
Location: Phnom-Penh at TIA Techo International Airport (Cambodia)
