Job Summary:
The Continental Head Chef is responsible for all Back of House (BOH) operations in line with company policies, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards across kitchen and service areas. You will guarantee the consistent delivery of food offerings and promotional activities to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and update authentic continental menus, incorporating international food trends.
- Oversee kitchen productivity, quality control, portioning, and timely service during peak hours.
- Lead and train a diverse kitchen team, ensuring adherence to SOPs and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs while maintaining ingredient quality.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, leading audits and inspections.
- Support HR projects, including diversity, wellness, and process improvements.
