ROLE PURPOSE<\/b> <\/div>
The Chef de Cuisine oversees the culinary production of the assigned kitchen operation, ensuring product quality, menu execution, staff coordination and food cost discipline. The role acts as a hands -on leader who mentors the kitchen brigade while maintaining high culinary standards throughout the season. <\/div>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b> <\/div>
• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations. <\/div>
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and flavor according to standards. <\/div>
• Coordinate mise -en -place, production timelines and service execution. <\/div>
• Train, motivate and guide kitchen staff across multiple stations. <\/div>
• Assist in menu development and seasonal adjustments. <\/div>
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and HACCP compliance at all times. <\/div>
• Control inventory, stock rotation and order requests. <\/div>
• Communicate effectively with Sous Chefs and F&B management. <\/div>
• Monitor food waste and contribute to food cost efficiency. <\/div>
• Support collaboration between kitchen and service teams to optimize guest experience. <\/div>

REQUIREMENTS<\/b> <\/div>
• Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a resort, hotel or high -volume seasonal environment. <\/div>
• Experience in international culinary environments. <\/div>
• High operational discipline with attention to detail and timing. <\/div>
• Ability to lead, train and coordinate multi -national kitchen teams. <\/div>
• Able to perform under seasonal workload and peak service periods. <\/div>
• English required (intermediate level). Spanish valued. <\/div>
• Legal right to work in the EU or valid permit for Spain. <\/div>
