We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Jajpur, Nayagarh, Kendrapara, Puri, and Dhenkanal. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG industry, focusing on retail sales and secondary sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in a business development role within the FMCG sector is essential.
- Proficiency in retail sales and secondary sales is required (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry dynamics (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce for customer relationship management is desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close business deals effectively.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on establishing and maintaining business relationships.
- An understanding of primary sales strategies within the beverage sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
