Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Jajpur, Nayagarh, Kendrapara, Puri, and Dhenkanal. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG industry, focusing on retail sales and secondary sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in a business development role within the FMCG sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in retail sales and secondary sales is required (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry dynamics (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce for customer relationship management is desirable.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close business deals effectively.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on establishing and maintaining business relationships.
  • An understanding of primary sales strategies within the beverage sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retail clients and key business stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively managing a sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and product offerings.
  • Ensure effective communication and seamless operations between different business units.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Provide feedback and insights on product demand, competition, and evolving market needs.
