Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily restaurant operations, including hygiene procedures and service quality standards
- Provide regular training to team members aligned with rating standards and operational practices of Michelin, Forbes, and Black Pearl to maintain high-quality dining service
- Ensure all team members consistently uphold quality commitments, deliver excellent customer service, and enhance service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support team members in executing tasks according to well-defined workflows and standards to improve departmental efficiency
- Maintain premium dining service standards and supervise the quality of service provided to VIP guests upon arrival.
- Deliver high-quality personalized service to guests, ensuring each one feels warmly welcomed
- Provide training to team members on Macau’s professional skill recognition benchmarks and related information
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in five-star hotels or renowned Omakase restaurants; at least 5 years in F&B management
- Higher education or above
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
