The Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, we are seeking an Assistant Manager/Sommelier to ensure the smooth running of daily operations at one of Sydney's most beautiful venues. Your role includes ensuring sections of the venue are adequately staffed, employees are competently trained and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fine dining or a similar position
• High attention to detail, communication, and strong leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently
• Wine & liquor knowledge 
• Knowledge of WHS procedures and rules, food allergies etc.
• Experience with cash handing, POS systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (day and evening shifts)
