DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing, transporting, stocking, and serving food items to Team Members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:
- Prepare, transport, and replenish food items.
- Serve food according to Team Member orders in alignment with department portion controls.
- Conduct accurate payment transactions.
- Restock condiments, snack items, salad bar, beverages.
- Restock utensils, dishes, glassware, and go-containers.
- Clear items and transport them to the kitchen. Assist with cleanliness of venue.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

- Work Experience:
- 6-months ‘ or more food service experience, required.
- 6-months or more experience required.
- Previous experience as a Prep Cook, preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Be able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
- Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
- Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
- Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
