As a Telephone Operator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and courteous communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, helpful, and informative service over the phone.
• Handle all guest requests professionally and in a timely manner.
• Update guests’ needs and requests accurately in their profiles.
• Take every opportunity to exceed guest expectations.
• Contribute to creating an excellent experience for all guests.

About You

• Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about call center operations.
• Communicates fluently in English (and local language).
• Detail-focused, guest-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills with solid written and verbal communication abilities.
• Takes pride in being a hotelier and enjoys interacting with people.
