We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team at The Soho Hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our kitchen team, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

What you Need:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques.
  • A passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
