MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
The Sous Chef is familiar with all major quality factors of food products and raw ingredients. He/She has a proven record in all sections of the kitchen operation. He/She has experience in producing required food products and assures that all items are identical with recipes and specifications. He/She has leadership qualities, organizational talents, administrates and is fully responsible for the operation of the assigned kitchen
REQUIREMENTS:
- Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Diploma Holder or Higher in Food and Beverage production
- Minimum 05 (five) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury property brand
- Extensive all day dining experience
- Demonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Good personality to interact with both guests and colleagues
- Self starter by demonstrating creativity, flexibility and innovation
- Excellent knowledge of food safety procedures
- Good computer skills and administration
