You are a hands-on leader who thrives in the heat of service. Passionate about food and people, you bring energy, focus, and creativity to every shift. You lead by example, coach with purpose, and believe great hospitality starts in the kitchen. Fast-paced environments do not rattle you because that is where you shine.

What You will Do

• Work side-by-side with our Executive Chef
• Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, speed, and consistency
• Train, mentor, and develop cooks and prep staff
• Support inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation compliance at all times
• Collaborate on specials and seasonal features that reflect coastal inspiration
• Jump on the line as needed and set the tone for teamwork and professionalism

You will Thrive Here If You:

• Lead with positivity and purpose, especially during the rush
• Have 2+ years of culinary leadership experience (Sous or Kitchen Manager level)
• Know your way around inventory, prep sheets, BOH scheduling, and food costing
• Are passionate about scratch cooking, seafood, and coastal cuisine
• Take pride in coaching others and building a strong kitchen culture
