As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, leading and developing our talented team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences. • Lead and mentor the kitchen team to achieve excellence in food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food knowledge and culinary techniques.
• Organise and manage the kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to guarantee seamless service.
• Uphold a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create memorable dishes.

What you Need:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for food.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
