As a Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Executive Chef, helping lead kitchen operations, inspire the team, and deliver consistently exceptional dishes. What You’ll Do

• Assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Lead and mentor line cooks, prep staff, and dish team
• Uphold our standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
• Support ordering, inventory, and food cost management
• Collaborate with the BOH leadership team on menu execution
• Jump in wherever needed—from the sauté station to expo
• Help build a positive kitchen culture rooted in teamwork and pride
