Epoch Hospitality is interviewing for an experienced & professional Sous Chef with exposure to large scale events that is looking to advance their career with an established culinary-focused company at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. The Chefs we hire will work in our large scale, state of the art event facility. Working in 2 modern kitchens totaling over 15,000 sq ft that serve over 75,000 sq ft of event space. At Epoch Hospitality Chefs join a true team, led by a world class Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience all over the country, to take their own skills & experience to the next level. This is a place where Chefs advance their careers while increasing their marketable skills to run their own large scale operations, & as such we look to our leadership chefs to develop & teach our staff of talented cooks. We look to develop our culinary team members in the financial aspects of the food & beverage business, including P&L understanding, leadership, team building, QA, program implementation, and complete mastery of all cooking techniques that provide upward career growth in an evolving industry.
