Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all kitchen operations

Assist with menu and concept development for the new restaurant

Prepare high\-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner service

Interact with guests and maintain excellent service standards
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and adheres to hygiene and safety standards

Manage a 60\-seater dining experience effectively

Requirements

Proven experience in a chef role, preferably within Italian or European cuisine
<\/p><\/li>
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
