We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Sommelier to join our team from March 2026.

About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will enhance the guest dining experience through expert wine selection, service, and pairing recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sommelier
• Recognized wine qualification (WSET, CMS, or equivalent preferred)
• Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and vintages
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
