DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Monitors assigned area, verifies and pays jackpots, redeems TITO tickets for guests. Performs minor slot machine repairs and completes tax forms. Position requires working in an environment where smoking is permitted. Must be comfortable with exposure to smoke while performing job duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:
- Performs hand pays, TITO redemptions and makes change for guests.
- Properly completes tax forms.
- Monitors all areas of gaming floor and assists with keeping it clean and clear of debris.
- Assesses machine problems and performs minor repairs & maintenance.
- Assists other departments with guest service, including serving non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and ordinances.
- Responsible for the safeguarding and balancing of assigned bank impress.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge with computers to perform assigned tasks with Oasis Casino Management System and KAI Management System.

- Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
