We are thrilled to be assisting a beautiful luxury 4-star hotel nestled within a stunning Cotswolds estate. This remarkable property is seeking a talented and creative Senior Sous Chef to craft high-quality dishes for their multiple award-winning food outlets.

With access to the finest locally sourced ingredients, including produce from their very own kitchen garden, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to showcase culinary skills in a truly inspiring setting.

You will need 3 Rosette or Michelin Star experience and your own mode of transportation due to the location of the hotel.

• £44,000 package

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…

• Creating a wide array of high-quality dishes to be served across multiple outlets, from a la carte dishes to tasting menu items
• Working closely alongside the hotel’s highly skilled Head Chef to ensure a smooth running kitchen operation and unforgettable dishes
• Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients
• Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
• Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
