Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's sales objectives within the assigned area.
· Identify, appoint, and manage distributors within your area. Monitor their performance, support them in achieving sales targets, and ensure timely product deliveries.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, conduct regular store visits, and provide merchandising support to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
· Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team for product development and improvement.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities, to the Sales Manager.
· Work closely with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize stock outs or overstock situations.
