As a Senior Chef De Partie, you lead a designated kitchen section in a Michelin-star French restaurant, ensuring exceptional culinary execution and consistency. You will uphold classical French cooking techniques while meeting the highest standards of quality, precision, and presentation. And you will support the Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine in maintaining operational excellence and mentoring junior chefs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the kitchen section, ensuring flawless execution during service.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes using classical and modern French culinary techniques.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with HACCP and Michelin expectations.
  • Train and supervise junior chefs to maintain skill consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine on menu development, quality control, and kitchen efficiency.

 

About You:

 

  • Advanced culinary expertise in French cuisine with strong technical precision and plating skills.
  • Deep understanding of Michelin-star service standards, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills within a professional kitchen brigade.
  • Formal culinary qualification or diploma from a recognized culinary institute.
  • Specialized training or certification in classical French cuisine is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a Michelin-star or equivalent fine-dining restaurant environment.
