Bringing with you an extensive knowledge of fine food and wine and experience in a similar high-end hospitality role, you will be knowledgeable about provenance and passionate about your craft, managing and motivating your team and nurturing their personal and professional development. You will also work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure targets are hit and optimum profitability is achieved.
