Your key responsibilities

Join Adam Byatt and our talented team of chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team.

Supporting the Head Chef, you will be integral in maintaining the flawless running of kitchen operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the dedicated kitchen team deliver exceptional dishes of the world-class calibre our guests expect.

Bringing with you an extensive knowledge of fine food and wine and experience in a similar high-end hospitality role, you will be knowledgeable about provenance and passionate about your craft, managing and motivating your team and nurturing their personal and professional development. You will also work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure targets are hit and optimum profitability is achieved.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Oversee a designated kitchen section and ensure all preparations are up to standard.
• Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes while ensuring timely service.
• Supervise junior staff and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist with menu execution and seasonal specials.
• Manage stock levels and minimize waste.
