Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating and managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up
- Maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Manage and update the sales database and CRM system
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the company’s products and services
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Able to speak Mandarin
