Job Overview

As a Restaurant Supervisor at StayBird - Hotels And Apartments, you will oversee and ensure an exceptional dining experience at our Pune location. This is a full-time junior position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. Your role will involve leading a team, managing orders, and enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and efficiency.

  • Event coordination skills to manage and execute events successfully, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

  • Lead the restaurant team in delivering outstanding service and hospitality to all guests.

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to develop and update menus tailored to guests’ needs and preferences.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the guests' satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to meet service standards and enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and oversee special events, ensuring all logistical details are covered and executed flawlessly.
  • Monitor financial performance, aiming to optimize sales and minimize costs without compromising service quality.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
