YOUR TEAM
You’ll work closely with the restaurant managers and service staff, ensuring smooth guest flow
and seamless coordination. You’ll inspire your team with your positivity, professionalism, and
dedication to excellent service.

You’ll report directly to the Restaurant Manager, collaborating to ensure every guest feels at
home and every shift runs smoothly.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
● Greeting Guests: Offering a warm welcome and ensuring every guest feels valued from
the moment they step in.
● Managing Seating Arrangements: Coordinating seating plans to optimize guest
comfort and efficiency during busy times.
● Handling Waitlists: Keeping track of reservations and walk-ins, updating guests about
waiting times, and managing expectations with a smile.
● CRM Management: Maintaining accurate guest records, noting preferences and
feedback to enhance personalized service and loyalty initiatives.
● Team Coordination: Ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house and
kitchen teams.
● Creating Memorable First Impressions: Remembering frequent visitors, personalizing
interactions, and setting a friendly, approachable tone.
● Safety &Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness of the entrance area and ensuring
safety protocols are followed.
