We’re now on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our iconic restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and love making great things happen through teamwork, this could be your next move.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations and be the driving force behind your team’s success. You’ll bring the El Jannah brand to life on the ground, delivering standout guest experiences, creating an inclusive team culture and achieving operational excellence across the board. From food safety and service standards to coaching, rostering and community engagement, you’ll own it all with energy and pride.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a passionate, high-performing team to deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the El Jannah way

• Building a strong team culture centred on positivity, respect and inclusion

• Managing daily operations including food quality, service, safety, cleanliness and compliance

• Coaching and developing team members through hands-on training, mentoring and recognition

• Handling rosters, payroll and end-to-end people processes including recruitment, onboarding and performance management

• Overseeing stock, ordering, inventory and cost controls to maintain quality and profitability

• Engaging with the local community to build brand awareness and guest loyalty

• Working closely with your Franchise Partner or Business Consultant to meet targets and continuously improve

What we’re looking for

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to energise, coach and support a diverse team

• A guest-first mindset with a genuine love for hospitality

• Strong understanding of food safety, WHS and restaurant operations

• Great time management and decision-making skills under pressure

• Confident with rostering, payroll, budgeting and inventory systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on, proactive and committed to leading by example every day
