Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a restaurant management role
Friendly, clean, and guest-focused leadership style
Ability to work a flexible management schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Strong team leadership and hands-on operational skills
Able to meet the physical demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., working on your feet for long periods, and maintaining outdoor patio areas in all weather conditions
