Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlets Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel dining and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, inventory, and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the operations of all hotel outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance outlet performance and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise outlet staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to maintain cost control.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on outlet performance and present findings to hotel management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in food and beverage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
