Unit Description

Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world. This is no exception when it comes to serving up exquisite cuisines and unforgettable dining experiences in the Boston Hub area including locations such as Banners Kitchen & Tap, Momosan, and the Boston Hub Food Hall.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the seamless execution of Chef Morimoto’s menu, overseeing daily restaurant operations, and driving exceptional guest service.

  • Coaching team members, managing service flow, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that lives up to the celebrated Morimoto brand 

  • Work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure consistency, optimize service standards, and maintain a smooth operation.
  • Oversee training, and development, while upholding cleanliness, safety, and all compliance standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity and volume
  • Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification ideal but not mandatory
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • No degree required
