Unit Description

Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world. This is no exception when it comes to serving up exquisite cuisines and unforgettable dining experiences in the Lake Buena Vista, Florida area at Tutto Italia, Via Napoli, Morimoto, Vivoli Florida, The Edison, Enzo's Hideaway and Tunnel Bar, Maria and Enzo's Ristorante, and Pizza Ponte.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining weekly staff schedules
    Managing bar inventory and placing orders to ensure consistent supply and quality
  • Training and onboarding new team members, reinforcing company standards and service excellence
  • Driving service execution and team performance on the floor
    Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to uphold a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a high volume experience as well as exposure to upscale dining
  • Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • No degree required
