We’re hiring a restaurant manager-in-training (title may vary based on experience) to help support daily operations, develop leadership skills, and grow into a larger role over time. If you're a team player with a passion for hospitality, food, and community—we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members
- Help manage inventory, food quality, and cleanliness standards
- Learn the ins and outs of restaurant financials (labor, food cost, waste, etc.)
- Deliver top-notch guest service and support a positive team culture
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (shift lead or supervisor roles welcome)
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and commitment to serving others
