About the Role:

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager with a strong focus on front-of-house operations, guest hospitality, and team leadership. You’ll serve as a key partner to the General Manager, helping lead the restaurant across all areas, with flexibility to support the back of house as needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who brings high energy, attention to detail, and a passion for both people and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead and coach team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training team members
• Maintain inventory and supply levels
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with 4 Rivers values
• Step into BOH roles when needed to support peak times or team coverage
• Create a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and team members alike

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2–4 years of restaurant experience (management experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and some holidays
• Guest-first mindset with a focus on hospitality and operational excellence
• Willingness to jump in across roles to support the team
