Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Fine Dine

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent quality of service and adherence to culinary standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Maintain inventory and procurement processes, liaising with suppliers for high-quality produce and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menu offerings that reflect our brand's commitment to quality.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to achieve profitability goals.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Promote and market the restaurant to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, reinforce training, and enhance team dynamics.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within a fine dining environment.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, including wine pairing and menu design.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.

Desired Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining establishments.
• Demonstrated success in staff development and operational management.
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit analysis.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
