Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a fast-paced fast-food establishment. The role involves ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and implementing operational systems and procedures. This position also plays a key part in managing people, optimizing costs, and driving overall store performance.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Implement and monitor operational systems such as cash handling, security protocols, kitchen management, and crisis management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, food costs, and waste control.
People Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and operational excellence.
  • Manage work schedules, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Financial & Business Performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and P&L reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation.

  

What our Client is Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food or other high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and people management skills.
