We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
