Job Description: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and ordering of food and equipment.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Plan and host special events and promotions to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
