Job Description
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience across both of our client’s bustling venues. You will bring a solid understanding of fine dining and a la carte service, strong beverage knowledge, and an unrelenting focus on delivering top-tier service during high-volume trading hours.
You will play a key role in team supervision, problem-solving on the floor, enforcing consistency in service delivery, and managing day-to-day administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to work across a variety of shift patterns, including split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in alignment with the restaurant’s 7-day operational schedule.
