We're hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a passionate team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide strong, hands-on leadership to front-of-house and back-of-house teams

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and operational updates

  • Monitor staff performance, offer coaching and feedback, and implement disciplinary measures when necessary

  • Promote a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages high morale and teamwork

2. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and licensing regulations

  • Assist in FOH and BOH operations to support team performance and service delivery

  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

  • Achieve positive results on store audits and mystery shopper evaluations, and take corrective action when needed

  • Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations, adjusting operations accordingly

3. Customer Experience

  • Uphold high standards of hospitality to ensure a memorable guest experience

  • Supervise guest interactions, seating, and service flow to ensure prompt and courteous service

  • Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently

  • Train staff in customer service best practices and proactive guest engagement

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping

  • Plan orders based on demand forecasts, supplier performance, and seasonal trends

  • Enforce portion control and waste tracking to reduce costs and maintain consistency

  • Optimize resource utilization to meet budget targets and control operational expenses

5. Financial Oversight

  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics including sales, expenses, and profitability

  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs without compromising quality

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

6. Sales & Promotions

  • Maintain thorough menu knowledge and train staff on upselling techniques

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities that drive traffic and enhance guest engagement

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Certifications in Hospitality/ Restaurant management experience would be
advantageous
