The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest service, team leadership, and adherence to SALSITA’s quality standards. This role requires a proactive, adaptable, and open-minded individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs, and continuously elevate the guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Lead by example to ensure all guests receive warm, attentive, and personalized service.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and atmosphere at all times.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, focusing on service standards and company culture.
  • Motivate staff to exceed service expectations through coaching and recognition.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment where teamwork thrives.

Operations & Standards

  • Ensure all company policies, service procedures, and quality standards are consistently followed.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Monitor food and beverage presentation, quality, and timeliness of service.

Adaptability & Proactivity

  • Anticipate operational needs and address issues before they arise.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in service flow, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with ownership to implement new ideas while respecting established brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
