Restaurant Manager Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager who is hospitality-driven, detail-focused, and thrives in a high-volume fine dining environment. This leadership role is perfect for someone who excels under pressure, inspires teams, and creates elevated guest experiences rooted in Italian culinary excellence.

• Hospitality-first leadership style with emotional intelligence
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and guest service standards highly preferred

• Highly polished, organized, and solutions-oriented

• Experience managing upscale or fine dining restaurant operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service
• Coach and lead team members to deliver consistent 5-star hospitality
• Address guest feedback with professionalism and promptness
• Partner with BOH, and market team to elevate service standards
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and overall operational efficiency
• Foster a positive, passionate, and performance-driven workplace culture

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining or high-volume strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor strategy, and cost control
• Proficient with POS systems, health/safety protocols, and compliance standards
• Must have reliable transportation and open availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Wine knowledge and Italian culinary familiarity highly valued
• Non-slip footwear required (not provided)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Safety Manager certification 
• Must complete and maintain alcohol compliance training

Physical & Sensory Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (above, at, and below the waist)
• Flexibility to bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and use step stools
• Comfort working in hot, cold, humid, and kitchen environments
• Safe handling of raw ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish
• Strong verbal communication, vision, and hearing in fast-paced settings
