Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and high standards
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
Oversee reservations and ensure smooth and personalized guest service
Control costs, optimize resources, and meet budget targets
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
Work closely with kitchen and management teams to align goals
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in hospitality or tourism
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
German is a plus
Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Valid work permit for Spain or the EU
