What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a professional with a passion for hospitality and a strong track record in high-volume, upscale or casual-upscale dining. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and inspiring a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team motivation
• Uphold and ensure excellence in service, food quality, and ambiance
• Effectively resolve guest concerns and operational challenges
• Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Manage and optimize controllable costs
• Implement strategies for sales building and operational efficiency
• Set the standard by modeling professionalism and company values

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Experience in casual-upscale or upscale dining preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Familiarity with cost controls, labor management, and guest recovery
