A Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. Restaurant offers a truly unique seaside dining experience where the spirit of the Adriatic comes to life. Located on the beach at the Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa, our restaurant celebrates the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean with fresh, locally sourced fish from the Kvarner Bay, premium meat cuts, and inspired seasonal dishes prepared on charcoal and open fire.
What will I be doing?

Our menu combines tradition with modernity, showcasing coastal classics alongside refined culinary creations that reflect our local heritage and passion for quality cuisine. A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
