What We Expect
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pub and its offerings.
- Maintain inventory levels of food and beverages, managing supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, adjusting services and offerings.
- Facilitate community events and activities to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and update the menu, ensuring quality and Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
