About the Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind the guest experience. You will lead and inspire the service team, foster a culture of hospitality excellence, and collaborate closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure every detail meets the highest standards of fine dining.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all daily front-of-house operations and service delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence across all guest touchpoints.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a passionate team of hospitality professionals.
- Set and maintain service philosophy through pre-service briefings, feedback, and continual refinement.
- Oversee reservation management, guest preferences, and special occasions to deliver highly personalized service.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Head Sommelier to align kitchen, wine, and service execution.
- Monitor and manage service standards, guest feedback, and key performance indicators.
- Uphold all hygiene, safety, and compliance standards with unwavering attention to detail.
