About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant Greek dining concept in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Service Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver an authentic Greek hospitality experience.
• Guest Experience: Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere while handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Financial Performance: Monitor sales, manage budgets, and control costs (labor, inventory, and wastage) to maximize profitability.
• Menu & Beverage Collaboration: Work closely with the chef and bar team to maintain an authentic Greek menu with seasonal updates.
• Marketing & Brand Promotion: Implement marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in line with Bahraini laws.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a Greek or Mediterranean dining concept.
✅ Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine, wines, and beverages.
✅ Proven leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.
✅ P&L management experience and a strong understanding of financial KPIs.
✅ Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
✅ Knowledge of restaurant software systems (POS, reservations, inventory management).
✅ Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or Arabic is a plus.
