Restaurant Manager

Location: Chick-fil-A Southridge Center & MacCorkle Avenue – Charleston, WV

Starting Pay: Up to $24/hr (Full-Time, Open Availability, Depending on experience)

Expected Annual Comp: Up to $63,250+ 

We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead key areas of our high-volume restaurant, focusing on team leadership, service quality, and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, loves problem-solving, and brings out the best in their team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead either the Front or Back of House, depending on your strength
  • Coach team members and team leads to deliver consistent excellence
  • Manage shifts with precision—keeping service fast, clean, and organized
  • Oversee inventory levels, food quality, labor performance, and team dynamics
  • Serve as a key decision-maker during high-pressure rush periods

You Bring:

  • 1–2 years+ of restaurant management or supervisor experience (BOH or FOH)
  • A team-first mindset and strong conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
  • A hands-on leadership style and the desire to grow into a senior leadership role
