Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, optimizing staff performance, and meeting financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

  • Ensure excellent guest service and respond promptly to customer feedback.

  • Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.

  • Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.

  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Train and mentor staff to ensure top performance.

  • Analyze sales and financial data to drive profitability.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for menu planning and promotions.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments.

  • Understanding of financial reports and restaurant metrics.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
