The role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of In-Room Dining with Crown Towersand Margo’s Café, located on the main casino floor. This multifaceted and dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Oversee daily operations of the departments, ensuring seamless service and upholding Crown’s high standards.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and role-model effective team behaviours through training, coaching, and development.
  • Collaborate with F&B management and other internal teams to deliver elevated guest experiences.
  • Oversee cost control, including expenses, beverage costs, and P&L management.
  • Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • Extensive management experience in a premium restaurant or in-room dining environment, ideally within a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospitality environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong product knowledge, business acumen and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
