Located at Howard Smith Wharves, Mr Percival’s Overwater Bar takes inspiration from iconic European beach clubs with its very own unique Brisbane twist. You’ll feel like it’s summer all year-long, making it a must-visit for locals, interstate tourists and global tastemakers.

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Mr Percival’s. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for setting and training the service standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure that guests are provided with a flawless experience by managing the service standards, whilst assisting with the day-to-day operations and developing and facilitating front-of-house training.

• Recruit, manage and maintain a team of highly capable, passionate and engaged people

• Build and maintain a culture of passion, quality, care and relentless dedication to making and sharing the highest quality hospitality experiences

• Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
• Ensuring venue presentation is always at a high standard
• A high knowledge of the product produced in venue

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing high-volume, late-night hospitality venues
• RMLV and Approved Manager certification
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Confident floor presence with strong people and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and manage a large team with professionalism and energy
